Eye Massage
From the time we open them in the morning, until the time we close them at night, our eyes are always on call. Our eyes are the busiest part of our body.
Any form of facial massage can benefit the eyes by helping with both blood and lymph flow, bring nutrients and assisting with toxin removal, even helping with increased muscle tone
Placing something cool and soothing on the clients eye while working with them in a supine position can offer a great deal of relief - helps tired eyes, help to reduce puffiness as well as redness
Placing your open palms on the clients face for a few minutes can be extremely comforting

Face Cupping
Cupping is an ancient Chinese method of causing local congestion. A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin. This draws up the underlying tissues. When the cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed and localized healing takes place. Suction of the cups mobilizes the blood floe to help promote healing of a broad range of medial ailments.

How Does Face Cupping Work?
Squeeze the air out of the silicone cup, lightly releasing the cup on the face to create suction
Squeeze the cup again to release off the face or neck
Treatment time should be from 5-15 minutes, depending on how quickly the movements are done
Slower movements drain fluids
Faster movements are stimulating for circulation and collagen/elastin
Fluids are drained from the face, down the neck and across the clavicle
