What is the Raindrop Technique?

Steps for Raindrop Therapy
1. Hold clients ankles, and gentle pull, stretch and shake their legs to release tension
Apply 3-6 drops of Valor oil to the clients feet
Place your hands on clients soles and hold this position for 3-5 minutes or until you feel a connection of energy
2. Place 2-3 drops of Oregano oil in your left palm and circle the palm with your right fingertips clockwise
Roll fingers slowly up the length of the foot, moving about 1/4 inch each time
Repeat 3 times per side
3. Place 2-3 drops of Thyme oil in your left palm and circle the palm with your right fingertips clockwise
Roll fingers slowly up the length of the foot, moving about 1/4 inch each time
Repeat 3 times per side
4. Place 2-3 drops of Basil oil in your left palm and circle the palm with your right fingertips clockwise
Roll fingers slowly up the length of the foot, moving about 1/4 inch each time
Repeat 3 times per side
5. Place 2-3 drops of Cypress oil in your left palm and circle the palm with your right fingertips clockwise
Roll fingers slowly up the length of the foot, moving about 1/4 inch each time
Repeat 3 times per side
6. Place 2-3 drops of Wintergreen oil in your left palm and circle the palm with your right fingertips clockwise
Roll fingers slowly up the length of the foot, moving about 1/4 inch each time
Repeat 3 times per side
7, Place 2-3 drops of Marjoram oil in your left palm and circle the palm with your right fingertips clockwise
Roll fingers slowly up the length of the foot, moving about 1/4 inch each time
Repeat 3 times per side
8. Place 2-3 drops of Peppermint oil in your left palm and circle the palm with your right fingertips clockwise
Roll fingers slowly up the length of the foot, moving about 1/4 inch each time
Repeat 3 times per side
9. Flip the client to lay face down on the table. Uncover the back.
10. Apply 2-4 drops of Oregano on the spine. Feather and fan the oil into the back. Divide the back into 3 horizonal sections and use your fingernails or tips to gently brush up each section 3 times. Feather the whole back.
11. Conclude the fanning sequence by gently brushing the fingernails up from the base of the back, along the entire length of the spine and up and off the shoulders.
12. Repeat step 10 and 11 with Thyme oil.
13. Apply 3-4 drops of Basil down the spine. Complete the feather or fanning step.
14. Place finger pads side by side along the side of the spine at the sacrum and complete 3 small clockwise motions and pull the muscle tissue towards you and then return to original position
15. Move up the spine to the neck. Complete Spinal Tissue Pull on the other side of the clients spine. Complete this step a total of 3 times per side, alternating the side each time
16. Apply 4-6 drops of Cypress down the spine. Complete the feather or fanning technique, followed by the Finger Straddle technique.
17. Straddle the spine at the sacrum with the index finger and middle finger and place the bottom edge of other hand perpendicular, pinky side down. Press down with the straddling fingers and saw back and forth with the top hand to the hairline. Complete 3 times
18. Once at the base of the skull, use the straddled finger to gently pull towards the head 3 times.
19. Apply 6-10 drops of Wintergreen down the spine. Complete the feather technique. Followed by Thumb Roll
20. Place both thumbs either side of spine at sacrum. Roll the thumbs so the nails flatten against the bottom of the clients back. Work up the spine. Complete 3 times.
21. Apply 3-4 drops of Marjoram on each side of the back, and 3-4 drops on the spine. Complete feather technique followed by Circle Massage. Place hands near the sacrum and circle the hands in a firm clockwise motion 3 times. Repeat all the way up the spine. Complete 3 times on each side, alternating sides each times
22. Apply 3-4 drops of Aroma Siez on each side of the back and 3-4 drops down the spine. Feather the oil out across the back. Followed by the Palm Side technique. Place both palms on the clients back on each side of the spine, one hand should be higher than the other. Slide palms in opposite directions, working the length of the spine. Complete this 3 times.
23. Apply 3-4 drops of Peppermint to the spine. Feather the oil out across the back.
24. Apply 3-4 drops of Valor n each side of the back and to the spine. Feather out the oil across the back.
25. Apply White Angelica to the clients shoulders and allow the client to inhale the oil.
